Moniack Castle is situated seven miles from Inverness in the heart of Fraser country. The Castle dates back 1580 and Frasers have lived there ever since. The business was started in 1978 by Philippa Fraser and is now run by her son Rory. Over the years the business has had to adapt and now the products are no longer made at the Castle but are produced and bottled for Highland Wineries in the UK.
